President Dwight Eisenhower visited the Minocqua region often, as did other presidents and vice-presidents. Ike usually stayed at the estate of Howard Young. As I read literature about the area, I will note, in chronological order all of the presidential and vice-presidental visits I come across. The lists is, therefore, not exhaustive.
