One of two study areas was in Oneida County. The description of the study area is quite useful. The study indicated that there was believed to be a single family of wolves in Oneida County in 1946 to 1948. Data on deer predation is presented, along with a good summary of the status of the wolf in this area. The parts mentioned here are included in the Lowwood photocopy.
